Nicole Thomas-Kennedy and the rule of law
Nicole Thomas-Kennedy does not believe in the rule of law
As the City of Seattle chief prosecutor, Nicole Thomas-Kennedy would be a key part of our city's justice system. In the last 5 years, the Seattle City Attorney has prosecuted 10,000 cases of assault, 4,000 DUIs, and 2,400 domestic violence orders. However Thomas-Kennedy has publicly stated time after time that she would not prosecute these crimes and in fact would greatly shrink the Seattle City Attorney's Office Criminal Division. Nicole Thomas-Kennedy has also said that "will show the door to any attorney in the office who has asked for jail time for low-level crimes." This would have a dramatic impact on the safety of Seattle's citizens.
Nicole Thomas-Kennedy does not stop at refusing to prosecute misdemeanor crimes; Nicole Thomas-Kennedy does not believe in the Rule of Law as enshrined in the US Constitution, and regards the US Supreme Court as illegitimate. She encourages people to subvert the functioning of the court proceedings and grand juries. This is a flagrant violation of the Rules of Professional Conduct set by the Washington State Bar.

Nicole Thomas-Kennedy provides instructions on how to sabotage the criminal justice system. I wonder what the Washington Bar has to say about this?

To be fair with Nicole, she knows she should have been an anthropologist instead. No offence to anthropologists.
